I've forgotten my username
You can get a username reminder sent to you on our troubleshooting page.
I've forgotten my password
Please reset your password. A new password will be e-mailed to you. Please login and change your password in the account preferences section.
I don't know what my membership number is
If you've only recently joined BASW, you should expect to receive your membership welcome pack in the post shortly. This will include a membership card with your membership number that you will need to register to get access to MyBASW. If you have not had your welcome pack within two weeks of your payment clearing, please contact the membership team by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on +44 (0) 121 622 8401
The system won't let me register
If you are experiencing problems with registering, please check that you are using the same name and membership ID to register that you used when you signed up for your BASW membership.
If you continue to have problems with registering, please contact MyBASW at email@example.com
I did not receive a confirmation e-mail
Please check your Spam or Junk mailboxes as sometimes e-mail mistakenly gets identified as spam. If you do not receive your registration confirmation e-mail within an hour, there may have been a problem with your registration. Please contact MyBASW by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org
